في قضية تخص موضوع أداء الكراء وإفراغ ( المحل تجاري) لدى المحكمة الابتدائية.قضت هذه الاخير في حكم قطعي بعدم الاختصاص النوعي وإحالة القضيةعلى المحكمة التجارية ب (٠٠٠٠٠٠) بدون صائر
في نضركم ما مرد هذا الحكم خصوصا أن قيمة واجبات الكراء المطالب بها لاتتعدى عشرة آلاف درهم ؟؟
هل هناك قانون جديد للتنظيم القضائي استند إلبه.أم ماذا ؟
