سيادتكم منذ طلاقي في 2013 وانا ارسال الى مطلقتي الحاضنة مبلغ نفقة الابناء حسب حكم الطلاق للشقاق بيننا عبر شركة تحويل الاموال وفاكاش .ومنذ مدة وانا اخشى ان تنكر توصلها بمبالغ النفقة و تبعث لي عبر المفوض القضائي اعذار باداء كامل مبلغ النفقة منذ الطلاق علما ان وصل الدفع لى وفاكاش لا يبين نوع المبلغ .هل هو نفقة او دين او....
لدى التمس من سيادتكم ان تدلوني عن طريقة سليمة لدفع نفقة الابناء لمطلقتي احفظ بها حقوقي. والسلام
إذا كان محكوما عليك مثلا ب 500 درهم شهريا وهو المبلغ الذي ترسله ......
