اشترى والدي بقعة أرضية على الشياع منذ عدة سنوات و خلال قيامنا بطلب التحفيض هذه السنة اتضح للمهندس المساح أن البقعة تزيد عن المساحة المذكورة في العقد ب 500 متر تقريبا .
سؤالي كالتالي ما هو الإجراء حال رفض المحافظ مطلب التحفيض و شكرا
