السلام عليكم قمت باكتراء شقة سكنية . ابرمت عقذا مع السيدة صاحبة الشقة بالوكالة ( الوكالة لديها تسمح لها بالبيع لا بالكراء وبتدخل من وكيل عقاري قام بابرام العقد لنا برشوة احد أعوان المقاطعة ) وبرم العقد وسكنت مدة سنة ونصف بعدها اخليت سبيلي الى منزل أخر بدون فسخ للعقد فمادا أفعل. صاحبة الملك بالوكالة ليست متواجدة بمدينتي وليس لي أي وسيلة للاتصال بها .

العقد ابرم بيني وبين صاحبة الوكالة ام المالكة ( الابنة صاحبة الملك و الام لديها وكالة من طرف ابنتها لكنها للبيع وليست للكراء ) وادا كان امكن كيف لي اشعار صاحبة الملك ةبافراغ الشقة هل عن طريق المحكمة أم عن طريق رسالة مضمونة الوصول مع العلم اني رحلت عن الشقة لمدة تزيد عن 5 أشهر
