السلام عليكم قمنا مؤخرا بشراء ارض فلاحية من بعض الورثة والامر لازال لم يتجاوز السنة بقيمة 11 مليون سنتيم الان اتانا عرض شراء من احد الاشخاص بمبلغ 18 مليون سنتيم ماهي نسبة الضريبة التي يجب علينا دفعها بعد البيع وهل تكون فقط على الارباح ام على المبلغ بكامله ؟ شكرا
