أرجو منكم استشارة في موضوع قرض قامت والدتي بالحصول عليه لشراء شقة والقيام بدفعه شهريا لمدة 20 سنة مع العلم أن الفائدة هي 6,75ّ فقصدت البنك للحصول على جدول الدفوعات وعند حساب المجموع تبين أنه أكثر من الضعف حيث أن
ملبغ القرض هو 17000
والمجموع هو 45000
