ما المقصود بهدا الحكم في حادثة سير ?

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته بتاريخ 2007-10-24 قمت بحادثة سير مع راجل بينما كنت اقود سيارة ونظرا للظروف المادية انداك لم اوكل محام لتتبع القضية . صدر الحكم الابتدائي فقمت بالاستئناف الدي تم فيه تأييد الحكم الابتدائي غيابيا وبعدها وكلت محام قام بالتعرض ولم يتغير الوضع . اضع بين ايديكم الصفحتين الاولى والتانية من حكم الاستئناف . حكمت المحكمة بغرامة مالية قدرها 1500 درهم مع سحب الرخصة بصفة نهائية مع منعه من طلب اخرى الا بعد مرور سنة واحدة من تاريخ السحب الفعلي. هل معناه انه يمكنني الحصول على رخصة تانية ام يجب علي اعادة الامتحان ام مادا وماهي الاجرائات المفروض القيام بها الله يحفظكم http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=524301961.jpg http://www.hostingpics.net/viewer.php?id=979814272.jpg
