السلام عليكم المرجو المساعدة اكتريت محل تجاري لانشاء شركة و قمت باداء رسوم التسجيل و بعد الدهاب اللمصلحة المختصة للحصول على الباتنت يمتنع الموضف بحجة المحل المكتري صاحبه اشترى الساروت ولم يمارس اي تجارة في المحل للعلم صاحب المحل لديه موافقة من صاحب الملك للابرام عقود الكراء

اولا شكرا على الاجابة نعم ادليت بها و دخلت عند ريًيس المصلحة لكن الموظف يرفض اعطاء الباتونت و المشكلة انني قمت بصيانة المحل وتجهيزه بمايقارب 20000 درهم
