لدي النصف في البيت والنصف الاخر لباقي الورثة (دعوة الاستغلال)

السلام عليكم , انا امراة اشتريت من عند امي رحمها الله النصف في البيت , البيت مكون من التالي ( غرفة + صالون + مطبخ + حمام ) اشتريت فقط النصف في البيت , لما توفت الوالده تركت اخواني 2 ذكور وانا انثى , هم مش راضيين على البيع الي قمت به انا والوالده خصوصا انها سبق وان باعت لي قطعة ارضية وبيت اخر لهذا الى الان لمدة 7 سنوات رجعوا اخواني يهددوني باستغلال البيت , مع انه غير راضيين عن القسمة ... من الاساس . حاليا البيت الي عندي فيه النصف انا واضعه فيه اغراض ( مفروش تقريبا ) , هل يحق لهم رفع دعوة في القضاء عن استغلال البيت ؟ وهل يجب ان اترك البيت كله فارغ لحتى يعطيني القضاء حقي . او مثلا اختار انا الصالون واضع فيه اغراضي والباقي يكون فارغ ؟؟ وهل دعوة الاستغلال تجوز في القضاء رغم ان اخواني لم يروا امهم لحتى ماتت كانوا عاصيين لها ومايشوفونها ؟؟
