في علاقة بالاسلة السابقة (التزوير في محرر رسمي ) هل يمكن للعدل ان يضيف ملحق لفسخ عقد التسليم يدكر فيه اسباب الفسخ التي جعلت الطرفين يقومان بالفسخ .هل دلك متاح قانونيا وما الاجراء الواجب القيام به في حالة رفضه.وشكرا لكم على توضيحاتكم القيمة.
