السلام عليكم. انا اشتغل منذ 8 سنوات براتب 1100 درهم مع صاحب مطحنة للحبوب. دون الاستفادة من أي تعويضات ولا ضمان اجتماعي. طلبت منه الزيادة لي في الاجرة فرفض. هل استطيع الاستفادة من حقوقي. للإشارة صاحب العمل يقيم خارج المغرب فقط ابنه من يسير العمل.
