كيف يمكن إنهاء عقد عمل محدد المدة ؟

السلام عليكم من فضلكم أريد أن أستشيركم كيف يمكن إنهاء عقد عمل محدد المدة من طرف الاجير قبل انتهاء المدة التي في العقد يعني نفترض أن العقد المبرم مدته 6 أشهر والاجير يريد أن ينهي العقد في شهرين مثلا فكيف يمكن ذللك ؟وما صحة ذللك قانونيا؟ جزاكم الله عنا ألف خيير

فقانونا لا يمكن فسخ عقد الشغل المحدد المدة قبل نهاية المدة المتفق المشار اليها في العقد. إنما يبقى ذلك ممكنا إذا قبل الطرفين ...
