هل يمكن لرجل عمره 93سنة ان يتعامل بالعقار بيعا وشراء علما ان لديه ابناء راشدون وانه تزوج من امراة اخرى واصبخت توجهه طيفما شاءت وان من بين ابنائه بنت من دوي الحاجات الخاصة اخذها بعيدا عن اخوتها واشترى منزلا بمدينة اخرى مما جعل اخوتها يقلقون عليها خاصة وانها اصبحت بيد زوجة الاب الذي تجاوز التسعين وهل يحق لابنائه الاعتراض على تصرفاته
