مشكلة كراء بينى وبين الكرى

قام الكرى بتوجيه انذار اننى ممتنع عن اداء الكراء لمدة 9 اشهر مع العلم انى اقوم باداء الكراء ولم امتنع الا لشهر واحد لظروف اقصادية صعبة ولكنى للاسف لم اكن احصل على ايصال الكراء لان معظم المكترين بالعقار لايحصلون على ايصال الكراء فما هو الاجرائات القانونية التى يمكن ان يتخدها الكرى ضدى وبالمقابل ماذا يمكننى فعلة
