السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ابحث عن استشارة في قانون التعدد في الزواج المختلط هل يمكن العقد زواج سعودي من مغربية دون موافقة الزوجة الاولى؟ وهل يمكن الاعتراف السعودية و المغرب بالزواج الشرعي عقد في دولة اخرى و تحويله الى مدني؟

انا تونسية غير متزوجة اريد ان اسال نحن في تونس كما تعلمون لا يحق للزوج الزواج بثانية هل يستطيع رجل تونسي متزوج ان يتزوج بتونسية في المغرب ؟؟؟؟؟؟
