توصلت مؤسستنا من زبون بشيك في اطار معاملة تجارية الا ان مبلغ الشيك المحرر بالاحرف اللاتينية لا يطابق المبلغ بالارقام هل البنك سيعتمد في صرف الشيك على المبلغ المحرر بالاحرف ام الارقام؟

الفقرة الاولى من المادة 247 من مدونة التجارة تقول إذا حرر مبلغ الشيك بالأحرف والأرقام في آن واحد اعتبر المبلغ المحرر بالأحرف عند الاختلاف
