عندي محل سكني , اكتراه شخص مني منذ عام ونصف .يتضمن عقد الكراء أداء واجب استهلاك الماء بنسبة الثلث.قبل ستة أشهر قال لي المكتري أن نسبة أداء استهلاك الماء لاتناسبه وأنه لايريد الماء فقطعته عنه.لم يؤدي المكتري الوجيبة الكرائية منذ شهرين بدعوى قطع الماء.هل له الحق في ذلك? وماهي الاجراءات المتبعة?
