تم شق طريق في ارضي داخل المدار الحضري وتم تعبيدها دون اعلامي أو استشارتي،علما أني كنت غائبا عن مدينتي لازيد من10سنوات،ما هي الاجراآت الواجب اتباعها من اجل استرجاع ارضي أو الحصول على تعويض مقابل شق الطريق هذا على الأقل،المرجو إرشادي وتوجيهي من فضلكم؟
