السلام، عندي شقة بسكن اقتصادي اشتريتها عن طريق قرض بنكي مند 6 سنوات، و لكن مؤخرا تقريبا سنة لم أقم بتأدية الواجب الشهري لأني انقطعت عن العمل، و الآن وجدت عملا و قمت بالإتصال بالبنك لمواصلة الأداء الشهري و لكنهم قامو بإخباري بأن ملف قرضي أصبح في قسم النزاعات لأن المبلغ أصبح 10000 درهم. ما هي المسطرة التي سيتبعها البنك في هده الحالة؟ هل سيبيعون الشقة في المزاد بدون علمي؟ و هل هناك من حل لمواصلة دفع الأداء الشهري لكي لا يتم الحجز عليها؟ و هل هناك من متابعة قضائية؟ و لكم جزيل الشكر

ستذهب الى البنك وستحدد معهم جدولة للمبلغ المتبقي هم سيطلبون منك تادية النصف وسيقسطون لك النصف على شكل جدولة يجب عليك التحدث الى مدير ...
