هل الاكراه البدني ممكن في حالة عدم القدرة على تسديد القرض الإستهلاكي ؟ وهل يتم الحرمان من مغادرة التراب الوطني ؟ مع العلم أنني توقفت عن تسديد الدين مند 4 سنوات لتوقفي عن العمل، والأن لدي عرض عمل بإحدى الدول العربية و هذا سبيلي الوحيد لرد الدين البنكي. أرجو منكم النصح جزاكم الله خيراً
