قمت منذ 8سنوات بامضاء 5شيكات لزوجتي بدون تاريخ قصد اقتراضي من امها 10 ملاين س كل شيك ب 2 مليون سم الا ان امها بدات تماطل في اقتزاضي الى ان قمت باقتزاضي من البنك كل المبلغ لاقتناء شقة فطلبت من زوجتي لتقتي العمياء بها بتمزيق الشكات فأكدت انها فعلت ، حاليا وبعد نزاع بسيط كشفت امر الشيكات والغرض انه اقوم بكتابة نصف الشقة باسمها رفعت دعوتي وقمت بتوقيف السحب لدى البنك الى انها تراجعت واكدت لي انها لن تدفع الشيكات وستحتفض بها (الوقت والزمان) فبت اعيش في خوف معها ولا تريد حتى الامتتال للشرطة لاداء اقوالها
