السلام عليكم . نملك شقة غير محفظة في منزل من سفلي وطابق اول وثاني. السفلي والأول محفظان برسم عقاري واحد .اما الطابق الثاني فبه شقة غير محفظة ومخالفة للتصميم وهي مكراة لعازبين. كيف نبرز للمحكمة ملكيتها أن أردنا رفع دعوي الافراغ للاحتياج ليسكنها أحد الملاك علي الشياع . علما أن المكترين يرفضون أن نقوم بالإصلاحات اللازمةلجعلها مطابقة للتصميم لتحفيظ واستخراج رسمها العقاري .
