السلام عليكم ، سؤال قانوني الله يجازيكم بيخير توفى زوج اختي وترك منها إبنة قاصر، و قد ترك ايضا ابنة ثانية قاصر من زواجه الأول مع العلم ان زوجته الأولى مطلقة. المرحوم ترك ميراث عبارة عن شقة صغيرة و سيارة. اليوم و بعد مرور سنتين من وفاته قمنا بمحاولات كثيرة لقسمة رضائية لتفادي المحاكم و المساطر الطويلة ولكن امرأته الأولى لا تريد إجابتنا ولا تكترت لهذه القسمة لأنها ميسورة الحال و نحن الآن في طريق مسدود. أتمنى أن تنصحوني بما يمكنني فعله قانونيا الله يجازيكم بالخير مع العلم ان الورثة في شهادة الإراثة هم : والدين المرحوم، زوجته و ابنتها القاصر و ابنته القاصر من طليقته. شكرآ لكم
