السلام عليكم استاذي الفاضل اريد استفسار من فضلك حصلت على حكم من ابتداءية خريبكة ولم يستانف بعد واصبح حكم نهاءي بخصوص تعرض عن مطلب تحفيض وحكم بعدم صحة التعرض مع تحميل المتعرضة الصاءر سؤالي استاذ انا لدي نسخة الحكم واقطن بالرباط وكذلك المعترضة هل يمكنني ان انفذ الحكم هنا بابتداءية الرباط سؤال الثاني هل هناك اجل محدد لتنفيد الحكم علما انه صدر 24/5/2017 وشكرا استاذ
