متى يمكنني تذييل حكم الطلاق بالمغرب؟

سلام عليكم أنا مقيم ببلجيكا و عندي بنت بعمر 6 سنوات.رفعت دعوى الطلاق حصلت على حكم الطلاق من محكمة بروكسيل لكن طليقتي استأنفت فتم اعطاء موعد للجلسة بأواخر مايو 2018 وأنا مقبل على الزواج وأريد تخليص اوراقي قبل شهر غشت..فرغم اني حاصل على الطلاق الا انني قرات في استشاراتكم أنه لابد من ورقة عدم الطعن بالنقض بالاستأناف!!! الان سؤالي هو متى يمكنني الحصول على هذه الورقة بعدم الطعن؟ هل قبل جلسة الإستأناف أم بعدها؟ وكم تتأخر هذه الإجراءات بالمغرب؟ شكرا جزيلا
