سلام عليكم أود أن أسألكم جزاكم الله خيرا هل للزوجة من حق على الزوج في حالة رفعها دعوة طلاق علما أنها تزوجت لمدة سنتين بعقد شرعي بصدا ق قدره خمسة آلاف درهم وان وزوجها لم يخطبها من منزل أهلها ولم يدخل بها إلى بيت الزوجية يعني ماتزال بكر نظرا لسوء تفاهم بينهما حيث أنها ما تزال في بيت أهلها إلى يومنا هذا وشكرا
