في حال الطلاق ارغب في معرفة حق الحضانة

انا سوداني الجنسية متزوج من مغربية بعقد نكاح صادر من المغرب لدي بنت تبلغ 9 أشهر بجنسية سودانية مقيمين بالسعودية مدينة جدة أعاني من خلافات دائمة مع زوجتي في عدم حفظ اسرار الزوجيه ونقل جميع تفاصيل حياتنا لأهلها سواءُ مأكل او مشرب او خلافات او مشاكل او اي شي جديد اقوم بشرائه مما يؤدي لتدخلهم بغير وجه حق. ومن عدم طاعتها وعنادها . وافتعالها واختلاقها للمشاكل . ومنع ابنتي من زيارة أهلي . حتى في زياراتهم لبيتي او في زيارات اصدقائي . تسلط واسترجال في تعاملاتها وتحدي وعناد . ومع كل ذلك تاركة للصلاة . تعبت نفسياً ولا يوجد شئ مصبرني غير ابنتي . ولكن للصبر حدود وطفح الكيل . أرغب في الطلاق وأسال عن اجراءاته هل من المحاكم السعودية يعتبر نافذاً او عن طريق القنصلية المغربية بجدة واسأل عن احقيتي في حضانة بنتي بعد الطلاق . أفيدوني مشكورين وجزاكم الله كل خير
