هل يمكنني اعتبار عقد تنازل عقد بيع حيث اظطرت ان اتنازل لشخص بعقد تنازل مع وكالۃ بغيۃ تكلف ببيع بقعۃ لكن عند اكتشاف ب انه سينصب علي قمت بفسخ و كالۃ و هو لد بالفرار مع العلم انه مبحوت عنه و طنيا وفق مدكرۃ بحت في تزوير وتاءق و الان اريد ان ابيع البقعۃ سوالي هل هناك خطر قانوني في بيع البقعۃ حيث انها في اسمي لدی العمران و كيف يمكنني دلك حيث قمت بارسال اندار مرفوق ب مفوض قضاءي لدا هدا النصب لاعلمه باني في ظرف 15 يوم سابيع البقعۃ
