السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته لدي استفسار واود منكم الاجابة رحمكم الله توفيت والدتنا واصبح الورثة هم: نحن بناتها و زوجها و اخونها ، وتركت شقة في مجموعة الضحى بعقد وعد بالبيع مع العلم انها دفعة تسبيق و الان حان موعد استلام هده الشقة، ونريد اتمام المبلغ المتبقي بعد تنازل الورثة الاخوة لنا عن نصيبهم في مبلغ التسبيق لاتمام المبلغ المتبقي . الاشكال المطروح :ان احد الورثة من الاخوة لا يريد التنازل عن نصيبه لنكمل إجراءات الدفع وتصبح الشقة ملكا لنا دون ورثة .ماهو الحل؟
