السلام عليكم ورحمة الله هل شهر موقوف التنفيد وغرامة خمسمئة درهم تمنعني من الحصول على شهادة حسن السيرة قصد السفر

قبل سنتين رجعت من دولة ليبيا ولكن في المطار صدمت بتهمة التزوير تزويير بطاقة خروج وعودة وقدم جواز سفري الى المحكمة وحكم علي بشهر موقوف التنفيد وغرامة خمسمئة درهم مع ارجاع جواز السفر وشطب الصفحة التي فيها التزوير ،وقمت بعمل جواز سفر جديد ومند دالك الحين لم اسافر اي قبل سنتين والان حصلت على فيزا الى السعودية وانوي السفر هل دلك الحكم ياثر على شهادة حسن اليرة التي هي ضمن الاوراق لاستكمال اجراءات الفيزا وشكرا
