1. هل يمكن للنقض في حكم استئنافي للتطليق ان يوقف دعوى اسقاط الحضانة.وكم اجل التبليغ القانوني للحكم لمنع النقض?
2. عند تنفيذ حكم اديت مبلغ العدة واخذت توصيل وبقي مبلغ السكن والحضانة المستأنف والمؤيد للحكم السابق واخبرنا المفوض انه سيتصل بنا عند توصله بنسخة الحكم الاستئنافي من المحامي -والذي لم يمده به-
لاتمام المحضر فهل انتظر اتصاله ام اعجل التنفيذ?
