اشتريت دراجة باوراق صغيرة لمحرك 125 .ماخرا تم توقيفي من طرف الامن خلال تفقد هذا الاخير للاوراق .قال لي ان هذه الاوراق مزورة . مع العلم ان دراجة تتوفر على تامين و رقم الاطار صحيح نفسه الدي بالابطاقة الرمادية .وكذلك على لوحة معدنية (دايز فلفيزي) . قل لي رجل الشرطة ان دراجة ستدهب للمعاية و بعد دالك سيتم الحجز عليها . اريد ان اعرف الحكم القنوني في هذاالامر .وماهي حالتي القنونية .هل انا مدنب ام ضحية لمسائل ادارية ؟.وشكرا..
