قمة بحجز شقة في سكن اقتصادي لكن بعد مرور سنوات وعدم انجاز مشروع في الوقت المحدد قمة بطلب ارجاع تسبيق وكان طلب مقبول من طرف شركة بدون رسوم بحجة ان مشكل يرجع الى صاحب المشروع الدي تأخر في انجاز لكن بعد مرور 3اشهر اتفاجى انه وعود على ورق بدون جدوى
