السلام عليكم فقد سبق للمحكمة ان قامت بالبحث بين اطراف الدعوى حول احداث طريق بعد القسمة بحضور بعض الشهود فاكد احد شهود الملتمس الواقعةوقرر السيد القاضي استدعاء باقي الشهود لكنه لم يحضر اي شاهد فقرر القاضي احضار الشهود فهل المدعون ملزمون باحضارهم لكون عبء الاثبات يقع عليهم وشكرا
