السلام عليكم، اولا اود ان اشكركم جزيل الشكر على هذا العمل النبيل و المجهود الجبار في تقديم الاستشارات القانونية التي تمنع هضم الحقوق من طرف المستبدين. سيدي الفاضل انا دفعت 80000 درهم مقابل كراء منزل بثمن شهري مقداره 700 درهم بواسطة عقد مصادق عليه في المقاطعة. انا الان متخوف اولا من عدم اعتراف المحكمة بالعقد في حالة النزاع وثانيا من عدم استرجاع مبلغ التسبيق في حالة بيع المكري للمنزل قبل انتهاء عقد الكراء ثالتا في حالة عدم تسديد المكري لاقساط البنكية وحجز البنك للمسكن. كيف يمكن لي استرجاع التسبيق اتمنى مساعدتي من فضلكم والله لايضيع اجر المحسنين.
