السلام عليكم عائلة تمتلك كريمة طاكسي باسم والدتهم اكترتها قبل وفاتها لسيدة لمدة ست سنوات 2006-2011 بعد انتهاء المدة ومرور ست سنوات اخرى قام اولادها بتحويلها باسمهم قانونيا في 2017.......ولكن عند اخبارها بانهم سياخدون الكريمة رفضت دلك بحجة انها احق بها منهم والا لا بد من دفع مبلغ لها مقابل انسحابها .....فهل لها الحق في دلك وما هي الاجراءات الواجب اتباعها .....وشكرا...... المرجو افادتنا في اقرب وقت ممكن...... معلومة السيدة استفادت من المادونية ست سنوات اظافية باجرة 1500 DH فقط و بدون حلاوة 2012-2017 لان الكريمة لم تنتقل الى الابناء بعد
