اتفقت وانا وعمتي التي تقطن باروبا على بيعها شقتي بالمغرب وبعد اتفاق دون عقد مبدئي على الثمن لمدة 3 اشهر ارسلت لي مبلغ 28800 درهمكتسبيق على ان تكمل المبلغ بعد التوقيع على البيع وبالفعل حضرت معي الى البنك وقمنا باداء ثمن 119000درهم للبنك لفك الرهن .وبعد الشروع في اجراءات البيع عند النوطير تفاجأت بتراجعها عن البيع ومطابتها لي بارجاع المبلغ كامل مع العلم ان البنك اخذ مبلغ الرهن وقمت بارجاع الباقي .والان ترفع علي دعوى بالنصب والاحتيال وانني كنت ساشتري لها شقة ولم اكن اريد بيعها شقتي وقمت بالنصب عليها وتسديد ديني للبنك .كما اتوفر على نسخة من وكالة للاختها بتتمة الاجراءات .
