بعد قسمة إرث ..كل واحد منا فاز بمنزل... الطابق الاول قانوني اخذه احد منا الطابق الثاني والثالث غير قانونيين يعني بناء عشوائي ورثناء بشهادة عدلية ....المشكل يكمن في ان العداد الكهربائي والماء مشترك على حساب الطابق الاول وما زال في اسم المرحوم...السؤال هل يمكن لوارث الطابق الاول ان يقطع علينا التزويد بالماء والكهرباء ......علما انه بإمكانه وبسهولة قلب العدادين باسمه لدى شركة الماء والكهرباء........شكرا
