انا سيد متزوج منذ عام عمري 30 سنة.ليس لي ابناء اسكن بطنجة.خرجت زوجتي من المنزل في 16 يونيو 2017 بدون علمي وبدون مبررعند اهلها بمدينة خريبكة. توصلت باستدعاء حضور جلسة تطليق للشقاق ليوم 1 غشت المقبل بخريبكة علما اني متمسك بالزوجية واقوم بواجباتي كاملة :سكن مستقل وانفاق وزيارة الاهل ومعاشرة بالمعروف.وليس هناك اسباب جدية واقعية للطلاق واني اسوفيت الوساءل الحبية ووفيت بشروط الزوجية هل الحضور ضروري ? هل يجب علي توكيل محامي من نفس المدينة ما هي مستحقات الزوجة في حالة التطليق ماهي الخطوات التي يجب اتباعها شكرا جزيلا

الحضور ليس إجباري لكن من الأحسن الحضور للدفاع عن حقوقك

لا داعي لتعيين محامي (لأن زوجتك هي من رفعت دعوى التطليق)
