كراء بدون عقد ولا يريد الخروج

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ، انا لدي محل صغير كاريه لشخص مند 5 سنين بدون عقد فقظ بتفاهم وقد علمته قبل سنة ان يخرج من المحل لاني اريده ، لكنه دائما يتحج بأنه سيقوم بلخروج عندما يجد محل اخر للكراء ونحن علي هدا لحال لمدة سنة ... مع لعلم انه يقوم بأداء واجب لكراء كل شهر وان لكراء بدوون عقد ... فهل هناك طريقة لاخراجه من لمحل بسرعة بستخدام لقانون ؟ ارجوا اعلامي على moutazp39@gmail.com
