السلام عليكم، ورثت والدتي عن ابيها عقارات،لكنها لاتتوفر على اية وثيقة،وهي تريد اجراء قسمة قضائية لعدم اتفاق الورثة بينهم،و اخفاء احدهم رسومات الملكية و رسم الاراثة و رسم احصاء التركة. ماهي الاجراءات الواجب سلوكها للحصول على الوثائق اللازمة لاجراء القسمة،و ماهي مسطرة القسمة القضائية ،و هل ستتحمل وحدها مصاريف دعوى هذه القسمة في حالة كونها مدعية. شكرا لكم.
