وهبتني جدتي من أمي أرض فلاحية مدة الهبة أربع سنوات لحد الأن بدأت في إجراءات شهادة إدارية (شهادة استمرار في الملك) عندما أخد هده الشهادة ماهي الاجراءات المتبعة من أجل تحفيض الأرض الفلاحية و شكرا أستاد و مبروك رمضان

أخدت شهادة الإستمرار في الملك من بعد سأدهب عند عدلين مع 12 شاهد السؤال هو كم المدة التي يجب أن تكون في الحيازة و التملك للأرض لأن مدة كتابة هبتي هي 4 سنوات لتسهيل التسجيل و التحفيض
