مشكل اجراء منصوب عليهم

هناك مجموعة من الاشخاص منهم حارس ليلي و عمال بناء نصب عليهم مقاول بناء بحيث حرمهم من الاجرة لمدة تجاوزت الستة اشهر مع تهربه من الظهور و اغلاق هاتفه و توعده بالأداء لكنه يتهرب بحيث هناك شخص اخر يكلفه بالعمال و هدا الشخص ايضا طرف تاني من النصب بحيث يقومان معا بهاته المراوغات و نصبو ايضا على اشخاص اخرين انسحبو.لدا اود نصحكم للحد من هذه الظاهرة جزاكم الله خيرا
