السلام عليكم،، قمت بعمليات تجارية مع شخص تاجر على اساس الدفع بالكمبيالة وعددها 5 لكن تم صرف كمبيالة واحدة و الباقي بدون رصيد و عند طلب الدفع تعدر عليه الدفع بدعوى عدم توفره على اي مال او ممتلكات ليبيعها و يسدد ،، في هده الحالة هل يمكن ان اتابعه قضائيا و هل هناك اجرائات زجرية في حقه لكي يوفر لي قيمة الكمبيالات لانه امتنع كليا عن السداد رغم كل المحاولات و هو فقط تبين انه يشتغل عند والده وليس صاحب المحل الاصلي و طالبت والده لكن رفض التوسط و اخلى دمته من الموضوع..
